Longer version of Fran is GO
Today we did an extended version of Fran. It was:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Thrusters 43 kg (95 lbs)
Pull-ups
I did it in 11:44. This is only 1 minute and 20 seconds away from my last Fran time — I believe this means my next Fran time will be considerably better! Well, I hope.
What’s awesome about my performance is that I not once dropped the barbell during the thrusters (except when I was done the set, of course). However, I failed at doing this same thing for pull-ups.
Question for the masses: Should I stop talking about my Crossfit experience?
