RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
This is the sound I make for deadlifting.
Today’s workout was:
Every 2 minutes on the minute perform:
6 Dumbbell Push Press (70 lbs overall — 35 each hand)
3 pull-ups
Sprint (about 100m?)
4 deadlifts, 100kg
I got 8 rounds. In fact, everybody did. Because that’s when we stopped.
Also, I tossed frisbee today at lunch. The weather is still aaaaawwwwwesome!
