The Key Loop: CF Eastside’s way of forcing this “running” idea into us

Today’s workout looks extremely simple.

Key Loop. Rest (2 minutes ish?). Key Loop.

Well, Key Loop refers to the outdoor 1 mile run we perform at CF Eastside. It sucks for longest stretch, though, because it is *slightly* uphill. It’s misleading, and drains you out faster than you want it to. And your brain doesn’t adjust itself despite experience because it still thinks it’s flat.

Oh well, 6:01 and 6:10 aren’t bad times at all.
